A postdoctoral researcher position is available immediately to study virus interactions with host factors in Dr. The Wu lab is located in an interdisciplinary and highly interactive department offering state-of-the-art equipment and core facilities. Highly motivated candidates with a Ph. Experience in virology research particularly HIV-1 or coronaviruses is highly desired.

The candidate will be expected to independently manage their research projects in consultation with the PI and will lead the preparation of manuscripts for publication.

The successful candidate will join an existing team of postdoctoral researchers and graduate students and will have the opportunity to be appointed to NIH-funded T32 training grants and to develop independent research projects.
